In the latest deal to join an American film studio with its counterpart in China, News Corp announced on Monday that it will acquire about 20 percent of Bona Film Group, one of China?s principal motion picture distributors. The Wall Street Journal reported that News Corp, which owns 20th Century Fox, will be buying shares directly from Bona Films? founder and CEO Yu Dong. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. ?
