NameMedia is looking for a talented Ad Operations Coordinator to schedule campaigns across NameMedia owned and operated properties.? As Ad Operations Coordinator you will be a key player on the Advertising team which is responsible for all aspects of key digital advertising initiatives including the ad serving platform, inventory management, campaign management and optimization.

You:

  • Assisting with all daily Ad Operations activities and functions including scheduling, production, implementation, optimization, and reporting of online advertising campaigns from insertion order to completion.
  • Interact and coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and agencies to obtain & test ad creative and ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues that may occur while the campaign/orders are in progress.
  • Work with the sales team to perform post-campaign analysis to further optimize offerings, and to generate new offerings.
  • Continuous process improvement.
  • Self-starter willing to adapt in an entrepreneurial organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of web media formats (e.g. .gif, .jpeg, .swf, HTML, Video) and IAB formats.
  • Experience implementing 3rd Party Tags (Atlas, MediaPlex, DFA, etc) and Rich Media ad technologies .
  • Experience with a major ad serving platform.? AdTech or DFP preferred.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in the area of online advertising trends and latest research and development and related technologies.
